Price
All price listed in this catalog are in US dollars. Freight costs and any special handling charge will be added to the invoice.
We will do our utmost to ensure the list prices stay current, but reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice. We will confirm the current price at the time you place an order by telephone, fax or email, etc. And the price quotations by telephone, email and fax are valid for 30 days.

Discounts
Discounts based on quantity are available to customers who place a large order of any listed item with a unit price, in general give a 5% discount for 3 or more and a 10% discount for 5 or more units of the same item in a single order.
Additionally, if you place a single order the total amount is more than $2,000; we can give 5% discount. But this discount will not be combined with the quantity discount.
Bulk orders are welcome. Please inquire how Magical Scientific can give you a discount and competitive price.

Shipment
If the chemical is in stock, the order will be shipped within 2 business days. When complete shipment cannot be made, partial shipments may be made after getting the consent from the customer. Customers will be promptly notified of out of stock items and the approximate lead-time when placing the order.
We would try our best to ship the item you order by the method you choose, and reserve the right to change the shipping method when it's required.

Return shipments
If the shipped products have quality issue or they are not the correct items, the customers should contact us to arrange the return. We will not accept the return shipments without prior authorization and shipping instructions. The situations that give rise to returns are often complicated and require individual attention and special handling. Unidentified or unauthorized return shipments will be discarded without credit. And the requests for return authorization must be made within 30 days of your receiving the item.

Hazards
All chemicals are hazardous or potentially hazardous. They are supposed to be used for R&D research only and not for drug or household use. Special handling may be required. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the safety of users.
